Lacking hygiene on the person's body, wearing too worn or dirty clothes, or keeping his room untidy are signs of having schizophrenia if these conditions are worsening. What if the parents, family or peers single out this person for dislike on these charges of unkempt habits during heightened awareness of cleanliness habits? People may rate this person as weird socially, and make him withdraw into anxiety and loneliness until the crowd and family make him take on mental illness full blown. Starting from simple style and personality differences, or too sweaty playing sports.

Later psychiatry steps into gear and administers medication for him to exacerbate his beginnings of his journey into a chemical imbalance. Shouldn't we talk to these people to coach them with gentle love to strengthen our nation and society, instead of abandoning them with exaggerating our reports to doctors or medical association for our own shortcomings in caring for our fellow mankind?
