Knowing oppression, repression, and suppression, et al, is key to understanding "non-white" power dynamics.
It is time that either the driving forces at the bottom or from the top-down hierarchies acknowledge Post Structural philosophy in the new norms helping us gain equality within selves and our countrymen. Ignoring a type is a discrimination source harming income, relationship status, and quality of life. Investing in difficult individuals emotionally and in tasks with kindness objectives will raise motivation and talent. In post-Bush II, we are striving for the limits of fairness, representation, and civil/human rights of who we and our leadership stand for. Leading change from Knowing hardship is upsetting to class conflicts and will make friendships worth love and foreign policy once intelligently accepted as the core.
