Stand for Goodness for others. Include yourself but don't count your own suffering as deserving to me in and of itself. Add EBU ( Emotional Banking Units) strategically and profusely wherever you are to invest in kindness deeds. Being nice to people in person, supporting causes and charities, and furthering progressive movements will not cause you to finish last. These types of generosity of spirit will keep you motivated, build spiritual strength and lead happiness steps for yourself. Don't manipulate support and don't think foremost what kindness will generate for you for a truer priority on the top of your mind. Create a greater understanding within you for others while enhancing more inclusiveness for individuals and for the nation.
